Shipping Delivery

HarnessKeys is a compact hardware product, so shipping details matter. This page explains order preparation, delivery estimates, tracking, address changes, customs, and what to do when a package appears delayed.

Order processing

Orders are prepared after checkout is completed. Processing time can vary by fulfillment batch, order volume, destination, shipping method, and product availability. If an item is temporarily batch-fulfilled, the checkout or product page is the best source for the current order state.

We recommend checking your email after purchase because order confirmations, tracking notices, and fulfillment updates are sent to the address used at checkout.

Shipping methods

The shipping options shown at checkout may include standard shipping, VIP standard shipping, or free shipping when available. Estimated windows can vary by destination. For example, checkout may show delivery windows such as 7-20 business days for standard shipping or 5-18 business days for faster options when those services are available.

Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Carrier handoff, local delivery load, holidays, customs inspection, and address issues can change the final delivery date.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it is sent by email after fulfillment. Tracking can take time to update after the label is created, especially during the first carrier scan or international handoff.

If the tracking page has not changed for several days, it may still be moving between facilities. Contact us if the delay looks unusual or if the tracking page reports a delivery problem.

Address changes

Check your shipping address carefully before placing the order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address.

We can try to update an address before fulfillment, but we cannot guarantee changes after the package has been handed to the carrier.

Customs, taxes, and local rules

International orders may be subject to customs review, import taxes, duties, brokerage fees, or local delivery requirements. These charges and requirements are controlled by local authorities and carriers.

If your destination requires extra information for delivery, respond to the carrier request quickly to avoid return or delay.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect packages

If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, email us with your order number and clear photos of the package, label, and product. This helps us review the issue with fulfillment and carrier records.

Do not discard packaging until the issue is reviewed, because the carrier or fulfillment partner may need photos or details from it.
